We have just been notified by ININ about a critical issue.

Windows 10 workstations with the following Microsoft KB’s installed may experience an issue where users will be unable to log into ININ client applications including the Interaction Desktop, IC Business Manager, etc.


To resolve this issue, please uninstall the offending Microsoft patches from the affected machines and reboot them. If you have any questions, please let us know.
