Adding Context to Transferred Calls with the Interaction Client

Teach your ININ users a simple way to add context to transferred calls by changing the Caller Name on a Transfer.

When using the transfer dialog in the Interaction Client, the Caller Name field can be edited on the fly to display any text you want  (This technique can be used to highlight important calls, add descriptive information about the call, or provide more specific contact information about the caller).

1) Simply click in the Caller Name field, type your text and transfer as you normally would.

2) The new text will appear both in the toast (see below) and in the My Interactions window of the client. This technique can be used to highlight important calls, add descriptive information about the call, or provide more specific contact information about the caller.
